Pricing

A$149 for your first consultation with a menopause-trained GP. A$39 a month for ongoing care, or nothing at all if you would rather just have the one appointment.

Published up front, because being quoted a price after the fact is its own kind of disrespect.

First consultation

A$149

A long video appointment with an Australian GP trained in menopause care.

Includes your full history, a proper discussion of what is going on and what your options are, a written summary afterwards, and a letter to your regular GP if you would like one.

Ongoing care

A$39 a month. Optional. Cancel any time.

  • Two scheduled doctor reviews a year
  • A message inbox for questions between appointments, answered within two business days
  • Symptom tracking, so changes over months are visible rather than remembered
  • Repeat arrangements handled without booking a fresh consultation each time

Membership does not replace consultations where you need one. It covers the follow-up that this area genuinely requires and that is otherwise hard to get.

What is not included

  • Pathology. Usually bulk billed at collection centres. Some tests are not covered by Medicare — your doctor will say so before ordering
  • Anything prescribed. Costs vary and depend entirely on what you and your doctor decide. Your doctor will tell you during the consultation
  • In-person examination. Some things need hands on. If that applies, your doctor will say so and help you find where to go

Medicare

Telehealth rebates apply in defined circumstances, which generally require an existing relationship with the practice. The rules have changed several times in recent years.

We will tell you whether a rebate applies to your situation before you book, not after. If you are unsure, ask us.

If cost is a barrier, that is worth saying out loud — community health centres and state women's health services offer lower-cost care, and our page on what menopause care costs covers the options, including ones that are not us.

Paying

Payment is taken at the time of booking. We will publish accepted payment methods here once the booking system is live.

Refunds and cancellations are covered in our terms of use.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Membership is month to month and you can cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do I have to take the membership?

No. Plenty of people have one consultation, leave with a plan, and take it from there with their own GP. Membership is for people who want the reviews and the inbox.

Does Medicare cover this?

Medicare rebates apply to telehealth in defined circumstances, which generally require an existing relationship with the practice. Whether a rebate applies to you depends on your situation, and we will tell you before you book rather than after.

What does the first consultation cost cover?

A long appointment with a menopause-trained GP, a written summary of what you discussed, and a letter to your regular GP if you want one.

Are there extra costs?

Pathology is bulk billed through most collection centres. If anything you are recommended has a cost, your doctor will tell you what it is during the consultation.

What if I am not happy?

Tell us. Our contact page has the details, and our complaints process is set out in our terms.
